Our Campus & Masjid
When the Madina Institute was initially founded, it was borne with the dream that it would not only serve as a center for worship and Allah’s Remembrance, but ultimately it would become a hub for serious Islamic education. Just as the original masjid of the Prophet Muhammad (salla Allahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) in Madina was a community center of learning, the Madina Institute USA is a mosque with several classes and activities every week!
Classes for the seminary students are held daily in the peaceful sanctuary of a large Prayer Room at the Madina Institute masjid, complete with comfortable tables & seating, projector, white boards, wifi access, and more. Students easily transition from classes to prayer in the same building, and are able to meet and mingle with other community members who visit the mosque as well. Future plans for the Institute include a fully-stocked Islamic library with Arabic texts from around the globe and a computer lab.
There are also wudu/restroom facilities, spacious foyers in both the men’s & women’s areas, a kitchen, additional large prayer halls and an Administrative Office. Outside the mosque you’ll find beautiful trees and landscape, and shopping centers just around the corner & across the street for plenty of convenient access to stores, restaurants (including halal eateries) and coffee shops. The campus is also within 10-minute walking distance of large grocery stores, an Urgent Care health facility, and apartment complexes.
